You’ll need a modern web browser (like Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Internet Explorer 6 and above). And to upload files, version 9 or higher of Adobe’s free Flash Player plugin is required.

Each file can be up to 1 GB and a file set’s total size can be up to 10 GB. If you need more space than that, let us know and we’ll consider increasing those limits in a future update.

Once a file has been uploaded, you can’t update or delete it and you can’t add more files to a file set after it has been created.

To download files, users must know the file set’s unique address so it should be carefully guarded. In the interest of keeping Big File Swapper as simple and easy-to-use as possible, we do not ask users for a password or require that they sign up for an account.
