What is your refund policy?
If you have submitted a paid order and all or some of your files could not be uploaded, then you may request a full refund within 24 hours by following the instructions in the receipt that was emailed to you. Your credit card will be refunded and any files that were uploaded will be deleted.
How secure are uploaded files?
