Refund Policy
If you have submitted a paid order and all or some of your files could not be uploaded, then you may request a full refund within 24 hours after placing your order.
To request a refund, follow the instructions in the receipt that was emailed to you. If you can’t find that email, please contact us.
After your refund request has been processed, your credit card transaction will be voided and any files that were uploaded will be deleted.
